We had the honor of meeting Alex and Cassie back in October of last year and learning about their wedding day at Sanderlin coming this Fall as well as learning about the intricate plan for the proposal. He managed to juggle and plan out having his Mimi setup an excuse for them to go by the dock at their family lake house in South Carolina and then taking her hand and talking about their time together. He also managed to bring Cassie’s sister in from out of state as a surprise and have everyone prepared for a family get together after he popped the question and we love how thoughtful the whole thing was. They’re an absolutely adorable couple and had no problem adventuring with me during this session at Clark’s Hill Lake/Lake Thurmond Dam. Since the lake has always been special to them, this location just made complete sense and made for a super fun session! We are so excited to be able to tell more of their story and be a part of their big day later this year!
