We met with Jordan, Cara and Cara’s parents over coffee back before Covid-19 hit and got to know them and the vision for their wedding day coming up soon at Padgett’s Farm. For this session, it took place on lovely family property just outside of Aiken with acres of horse farm and beautiful sunsets to help bring in some warm fall colors for the end of the session! There really was no shortage of gorgeous backdrops and we even got to incorporate their dogs some for the photos! (we love animals so it always makes us happy) We will go more in depth on the wedding day blog here soon but, we’re so excited to get to capture their love and family!

We got to meet Tyler and Jordan through a zoom meeting recently and got to know a little bit about them. Like the fact that they went to the riverbanks zoo to do a “film project” for a friend and he proposed. Or the fact that he puts cute little notes in her lunch box and she loves to sneak attack him with hugs. We immediately could tell that this would be such a fun couple to photograph and we were absolutely right!. We planned the engagement session hoping for a little bit of fall colors which there weren’t a whole lot showing but we had a fun adventure walking around a park they had never been to. We cannot wait to capture their big day next September!

Sim and Guneet are literally one of the sweetest couples we have met. We got to have a quick phone call recently and talk with them a little bit about this session and even then could tell that we would like them but meeting them could just brighten anyone’s day. We had a little bit of walking to do during the session but they were more than happy to do so. Talking more during said walking, we realized that they have vastly important careers and how they met. We started the session and began to see how natural their love just shined straight through our lens made us feel honored to be a part of telling their story! We have always loved Brick Pond Park and come to find out Sim lives right next to it so it was super easy for them to get change into their second outfit and enjoy the indoors (It was pretty hot). If the photographs aren’t enough to prove how kind hearted and in love they are, as we were pulling out of the parking lot after the session, they literally stood outside in the heat before even making it back indoors and waved goodbye with huge smiles and that just made our day. We are so excited for you both and look forward to what the future holds in your life together!

Clint and Sjane are such a great couple full of joy and were a pleasure to be around. They are set to be married in October at Ashton Cole Place which we are so excited to be a part of and are hoping and praying that nothing has to be rescheduled for them due to the interesting times we are facing now. Having to do our job and keeping our distance is interesting since we like to hug and shake hands but, they were more than understanding. The love they share is so evident and how much they were laughing the entire session was amazing to be around. We love photographing at Brick Pond Park and Hammond’s Ferry and since they’re literally right next to each other, it only makes sense to do a session that includes both! Cannot wait for October and being able to share in more of their love story!
